IMPORTING A QT's *.pro PROJECT

Hi,
   as of the 3.0.1 version, it's not possible to
import a *.pro project in KDevelop.  There's a wizard
for creating a QT/QMake project and it offers a nice
IDE for interracting with a generated *.pro file.  Is
it possible that a futur version of KDevelop could
import a *.pro file?  And is there a way to make
KDevelop do so semi-automatically?
