KDevelop 3.0.3 instalation dependencies

Hi, all.

I have installed RH 9.0 and I'm trying to install
KDevelop 3.0.3 with fedora .rpm package.

I'm missing this:

kdelibs-devel 3.2.2 (Do I need update all kdelibs ?)
libcvsservice.so.0
libdb-4.1.so
libkmdi.so.1
libwalletclient.so.1
qt-designer 3.3.1 (just download it , right ?)

I was looking for the rest .so, but I can't find them.
Do I need to install entire KDE 3.2.2 ??
