current version download for redhat 9

Hi I'm having redhat9, now I want to install the latest version of
kdevelop which is 3.0.2. However, in the download page, I don't find the
one work with redhat9, I see the one for Fedora. Is that true kdevelop
3.0.2 won't work with redhat9? If so, what is the latest version I can
download to work with redhat9? Please send me the link of download site
if you happen to know. Thanks
