kdevelop and qt designer

hi all,
i have kdevelop 2.1.5; is it possible to add directly
to a project a  .ui file generated by qt designer?

if not directly which step shall i do?

when i click on the qt designer icon  in my kdevelop
it simply opens an external  qt designer.
