crash after debugging

hi,

first thanks to the guy who improved qmake-manager in alpha5!

I found one strange, but good reproducable, bug - not that critical ;-)

* debug a project
* stop the debugger
* your first action after stopping debugger must be switching the code-files 
with <ALT>+<CURSOR> , then gideon is going bye-bye. (if I first click into a 
cpp file and switch afterwards nothing happens.

maybe it's only qt-project related, because finishing a debug session with 
closing your "application" is also not longer possible - I have to stop the 
debug session with the red button.
