CVS compiling

On Suse 8.2, KDE 3.1.4
configure give the error message

checking for dcopidl... /opt/kde3/bin/dcopidl
checking for dcopidlng... not found
configure: error: The important program dcopidlng was not found!
Please check whether you installed KDE correctly.

make: *** [config.status] Error 1

Until now I (almost) didn't have problems compiling the CVS .
