New Debian packages for KDevelop 3.0

Hello,

this is IMHO a very bad idea, since it will prevent to install both kdevelop2 
and kdevelop3 on one system using the debian package-management.

I would really prever if the binary and the packages would be renamed to 
'kdevelop3'.
