kdevelop + cvs + .kdevprj + multiple developers = big headache

I might recommend an upgrade to KDevelop 3, where the Makefile.am isn't 
thrashed around like in KDevelop 2.  I'll be releasing Alpha 4 within the 
next few days; it'll be available via http://www.kdevelop.org, and through 
the kde download site as well.
