Build order and subdirectories?

This is possible, you have to edit the project.kdevprk file by hand,
i.e. with kate, then change the order of entries. 
After that do an update all Makefile.am in KDevelop-2.1.x and a make
distclean; autoblah...; configure; make and you *should* be all set.
