Build order and subdirectories?

Since kdevelop-2.1.x treats everything in subdirs as either static or dynamic 
libs I'm not sure if this is possible, but...

Is there a way to force kdevelop to build the all the targets in parent 
directory BEFORE recursing down into the subdirs?
