Install Kdevelop

Hi friends,
I'm trying to install Kdevelop, but error occurs:

Checking for X...configure: error: Can't find X 
includes. Please check your instalation and add the 
correct paths!

Does somebody know what's wrong or where I can find some 
material about instalation?
