Problems compiling Gideon

Hi F at lk,

when I do a "ranlib libkdevinterfaces.a" there comes a message
		ranlib: libkdevinterfaces.a: warning - COFF archives do not require ranlib, 	
		skipping...
so I think it compiles as Unix - COFF - but I don´t know why it doesn´t 
compile it in the right way (needn´t it to be a ELF - format?)

Perhaps you can help me how to tell the configure/Makefiles to compile in the 
right way.
