compiled code runs from shell, but not kdevelop

_never_ _ever_ add a user path to /etc/ld.so.conf, it will be the biggest 
security thingy you have. Imagine someone else logging on, he will just go 
nuts :) LD_LIBRARY_PATH is ideal for such cases.
