Where to get kdoc

I have Mandrake 9.1, with KDE 3.1.? and KDevelop 2.1.5

When I run the wizard to create a new application it notes at the end that it 
cannot find "kdoc".  The last reference I can find for kdoc in Mandrake 
packages seems to be in Mandrake 7.2.

Where do I get this kdoc from, for Mandrake 9.1, and should it have been 
included in the mdk distribution ?
