problems with Kdevelop 2.1.3

Did you try to rebuild the makefiles by running automake and friends? 
Otherwise I suggest using "configure --extra-includes=..." and so on to set 
non-standard pathes. If you want to write a configure check, please take a 
look at our tutorials at www.kdevelop.org.
