depending on the admin dir. KDevelop is using KDE's build system, so check 
admin/detect-autoconf.sh and look what versions it searches for. Everything 
else is not supported.

#kde-devel and if there are more than three KDevelop people online we usually 
meet in #kdevelop on irc.kde.org.
