Crash report

[Simon Ejsing]

	I got the latest CVS version of Gideon to crash in the automake manager.

	Here is what I did:
- added an aditional library to the "Link libraries outside project" list 
besides the 4 other libraries that were there (after doing that no item was 
selected in the list)
- Pressed the Move Down button

	It's clear to se that it does not check if no item is selected in the listbox 
when you press the "Move Down" button, I havn't tested the "Move Up" but I 
expect the same behaviour....
