Linking problems with pthread and dlfcn

Hello,

I have a small program wich use pthread and dlfcn, there is no problem to
compile and link it on line (gcc .... -pthread -ldl ....).
But now I want to develop a bigger program with the help of Kdevelop. For
instance I can compile my program, but I am unable to link it.
There are error with pthread_create... and dlopen function.
