QT automake project

The preferred way for Qt only projects is to use qmake since it is easily 
portable to mac/other unixes. We thought if someone is brave enough to use 
automake with Qt only, he usually knows what he's doing so we don't provide 
app templates :)

I suggest starting a common C++ project and steal the Qt test from KDE.
