Hi! How do I turn set this argument? -fexceptions

Because I'm trying u run a program but there's always
an error which says

/usr/local/pqxx/include/pqxx/util.hxx:166: exception
handling disabled, use
-fexceptions to enable

I saw in the messages of the compiler this message
which includes the command -fno-exceptions. I want
this to be removed but I don't know how to do it. Can
someone help on this please?? any help would be
appreciated.. Thanks a loT! :)
