MAN PAGES PROBLEM!

Hi everyone!

Im using kdevelop and when I try to access the manpages it gives an error: 
Example:

An error occured while loading man:/strcpy:

Could not start process Unable to create io-slave:
klauncher said: Unknown protocol 'man'.

Can somebody help me with that?
