gideon freeze

Hello 
Can anyone explane why this happens?
I am using kde-3.1.3 with qt-3.2
compiled by myself
And I try gideon from cvs, yesterday. 
user# make -f Makefile.cvs && ./configure --prefix=/usr  && time make
user # su -c "make install"

Description:
When gideon started by user
	menu->new project-> (any project type)

But when gideon started by root everething is ok 
Please help me to understand why this happens and how I can resolve this!?!?!?
