Try to create a new project (in a new empty directory), then copy across all
*.h and *.cpp files and add them to your new poject with "Project | Add
Existing Files(s)" . The whole operation takes only a few minutes and is
worth a try.
It would perhaps be a good idea to upgrade to KDE 3.1.0 and KDevelop 2.1.5.

Sigmund.
