patch for trollproject

Hi, (my first mail to this list)

I sended a patch (trollprogectwidget.cpp_libappend_patch.diff) for 
'parts/trollproject/trollprogectwidget.cpp' on the ftp server.
It improves the handling of the CONFIG value in .pro files.
If a lib/requirement isn't selected it will be excluded and can't be 
linked now.
