KDELIBS DOCUMENTATION

Hello:

How do I generate the kdelibs documentation with Doxygen as directed by
the end of the configuration script for Gideon.  I have installed
doxygen, but after reconfiguring and rebuilding kdelibs, and running the
configure script for kdevelop(Gideon), I receive the same message.
