Q: separate use of kdevelop class parsers?

Inside the umbrello UML modeller project (good) (class) parsers for the 
supported languages are needed. So instead of writing it again I wondered 
whether it is easy to use the parsers already implemented for KDevelop. I 
just saw that there are some 'cppsupport' and 'javasupport' directories 
within the directory 'parts' of KDevelop.

How do I use these parts without KDevelop?
