Kdevelop interface disorder :(

Hi all:
I have instaled kdevelop 2.1.3 in my RedHAt Linux 8.0, kde 3 and linux 2.4.18 
and I have a problem with the user interface of Kdevelop. When open Kdevelop 
I have two windows, one with the main window, with the menus, tool bar etc, 
en the other one with the class browser, the code space, and the tabs space, 
is this a bug or is an option, any way how can I fix it?
