Thank you for replay.
I'm sory for I have not mentioned versions.
- Linux 7.3, Qt 3.0.3
- KDevelop 2.1 (using KDE 3.0.0-10)

Compilers I use have not any problems with non-latin1 chars when I insert them 
in code with  text editors. But it would be great to do it with KDevelop. So 
the question remains.
