KDevelop crashes on Project->New

Hi *,

I am new to this list and to kdevelop.

I installed KDevelop 2.1.3 (without any QT or KDE lib documentation) on a 
Debian Woody with KDE 3.0.3 

Now every time i click on Project->New KDevelop crashes with SIGSEGV :(

Any help appreciated .. Tell me if you need any more information...
