KDevelop 3.0a2 does not compile on KDE 3.0.5 -- PATCH

yes, it is already fixed in CVS. The problem is that the first KDE 3.1 alpha 
had a version number of 305 so we have a clash with the KDE 3.0.5 release.

I dropped support for KDE 3.1 alpha since more people will use KDE 3.0.5.
