More problems using kdevelop 2.1.3

This is a known problem within QExtMdi I believe.  I haven't seen it in
Gideon yet, but that's because I use the new IDEAl mode which is a single
document interface.

The debug problems are well known, still in Gideon, and are just awaiting a
faithful hacker to fix them.
