Kdevelop 2.1.3 on RH7.3

Where can I find ready rpm packages of 2.1.3 for RH7.3? The link provided on 
kdeevlop.org (http://download.at.kde.org/pub/kde/stable/3.0.3/RedHat) brings 
me to the page with all the KDE packages except for kdevelop. compiling from 
source leads to some mess with directories, which I couldn't completely 
resolve ( I've tried to play winth -with-prefix= etc)
Does anyone have kdevelop 2.1.3 on RH7.3 at all?
