CTags usage

I just tried it and have the same behavior on 2.1.3 on RH 7.2/KDE 3.x (Lord
knows what qt version :)

I seem to be able to go to definitions and declarations etc without any
problem. Its only seems to be an issue when I "load tags file". Until the
e-mail and subsequent exchange of messages, I never though I had to
explicitly load the ctags database/file.
