setting of child frame/top level/tab mode doesn't work

Kdevelop version: 2.1 KDE vesion 3.0

when I started to use the tree-view and output-view buttons. The setup 
was set to "top level" view-mode, the next time I started Kdevelop 
(Previously tab-mode) tried to set it back or to anything else but 
"top-level" but nothing seems to work. I experienced the same bug a 
couple of versions ago, and reported it. But did not recive any mails 
from you regarding it. Do you handle theese bug reports at all?
