One left mouse click on the left grey border of the source window.
You can not put the breakpoint in the dissassembly window or edit the 
breakpoint address directly. Allegedly it was not yet needed by anybody ...

You are encouraged to work with the KDevelop as much/far is possible. It 
is good piece of SW but the developers work on their free time so there 
is no time to write decent doc.:-
