No way.
People want also to manually edit .ui files in KDevelop. At least me. ;-)
In the beta versions of KDevelop there was the chance for implementing a 
"never ask again" checkbox but now development for 2.1 has totally 
stopped. You're too late.
Just wait for Gideon.
