Did you check the tutorial that comes with KDevelop? (Books Tab or Help Menu, 
User Manual, 12. Using QT Designer...)

BTW: Please don't send HTML mails. They are not standard and many people will 
have trouble reading your messages, which is especially annoying, if _you_
