static problems

Hello,

	I have a problem when I compile my projet with -static. When I put the 
option in kdevelop he tells me that there is no Makefile (so he doesn't 
generate them). But when I give the option to ./configure it compiles well 
but my program is still dynamicly linked.
	I use qt3 and all the packages of qt3 and qt3 are well installed.
	And I use the threated version of qt.
