kdevelop crash on open project

Hi all,
I'm just trying the latest kdevelop from cvs (yesterday) under kde3 (also 
current cvs) - compiles and installs fine, but crashes when I open my latest 
project (built with kdevelop 2.0.2 under kde 2.2.2 - works ok there) - 
however, it opens other older projects ok.
are there any specific project settings needed to get it to work ?
