Stupid on KDevelop compilation

Hi,
I have a problem compiling kdevelop (KDE_2_2_BRANCH) with kde3. I download via 
cvs the kdevelop source of the branch and the the HEAD version of kde-common. 
I follow the instructions on the site, but configure stills look after Qt 
2.x. Have I miss something?
