Bug in KDevelop?

Hi!

The normal Makefiles generated by KDevelop have inserted a -fno-exceptions
flag (e.g.). In the Compile Options Menu there is room to enter an own flag
(-fexceptions), but the custom options are always entered before the options
of KDevelop... so the compiler is forced to use only -fno-exceptions => I am
unable to surpress the options by kdevelop ... Could be a bug or a bug from
the Configure/Makefile Backend? Or am i only unable to find the switch off
for these options?
