Getting rid of directory

Hi,

How to I convince KDevelop that a certain diectory does not exist and is not 
part of the project anymore ?
I deleted one subdirectory in the source tree, and now kdevelop 
(automake/autoconf) always wants to access that directory. I changed all 
makefile.ams, changed .kdevprj, but when I try to rebuild/config/..., it 
appears again in those files.
