Hello,

There're some problems with KDevelop v2.1.2.

[1] KDevelop strips characters in file header template, if it contains
specific lithuanian characters e. g. ė (e-dot). I will show them as [lt
character]. So, if I have header template:

/* Latin characters, and aaa[lt character]bbb ccc[lt character]ddd
 **/

KDevelop will insert it as:
/* Latin characters, and aaa
 **/

[2] It's imposible to type Lithuanian characters in CVS message dialogs
without geting error. Let's say, I changed some file and want to commit it to
CVS. When I get CVS commit dialog, I type:

aaa[lt character]bbb ccc ddd

After pressing OK button, I get error message:

cd /home/mariusz/tmp/proj && cvs commit -m 'aaa
/bin/sh: -c: line 1: unexpected EOF while looking for matching `''
/bin/sh: -c: line 2: syntax error: unexpected end of file

KDevelop v2.1.2 & KDE v2.2.2 from Debian testing.
