*.inl-files are not included in distribution

Hi,

yes, I did this several times. But the kdev project seems to be generated by 
"learning" from another makefile (Project -> Generate Project File), because 
in the project options several tabs for compiler and linker settings are 
disabled. Maybe this is the problem?
