Hi,

try to join the #kde IRC channel on irc.kde.org, there you find a lot of 
experts for trivial questions, this mailing-list is mostly for important 
KDevelop questions/bugs etc. and not for Qt programming.

Also try the qt-interest mailing-list for Qt related stuff.
