Kdevelop broke

Ok, yes I am missing QT-Devel, and it is in my KDE 3 folder where all the 
rpm's are that I downloaded, but now I went to install it and I got this 
error:

[root at Buddy i386]# rpm -Uvh qt-devel-3.0.3-5.i386.rpm
Preparing...                ########################################### [100%]
   1:qt-devel               error: unpacking of archive failed on file 
/usr/lib/qt-3.0.3/doc: cpio: rename failed - Is a directory
[root at Buddy i386]#

What do you make of that? I've never experienced a problem like that.
