The best way to install Kdevelop 2.1

Hello!

What is the best (and easiest) way to install Kdevelop 2.1?

My configuration now : Caldera eDesktop 3.1, KDE 2.2.2, kdevelop-2.0.1-1 
and qt2-2.3.1-8. I would like to install all from the RPM packages. What 
packages do I need for Kdevelop 2.1 - I would like to have only the 
necessery packages installed.

Is there a step-by-step guide for this anywhere on the Internet?
