Support for Qt3/QtE3?

I haven't downloaded KDE3 or KDevelop 2.1 yet, but how
is its support for Qt 3 projects?  I'd imagine it'd be
included since KDevelop 2.1 is built using Qt 3.  But,
just to be sure, can I create a Qt 3 project in
KDevelop 2.1?  Also, what about Qt Embedded 3.x
support?  Can I still use the --enable-embedded flag
on my configure scripts and compile using Qt/E 3.x?
