printing problems

Hi,

when trying to print with kdevelop 1.4.1 (KDE 2.1.2) I always get nothing 
from my printer and empty pages when clicking on "Preview".
The printer is connected with samba, other X apps can print without problems 
and "lpr somefile" works perfectly...

Any hints?
