Minor Problem: Permission not set correctly for Installation of KDevelop 2

System: SuSE 7.1, KDE 2.2.1, KDevelop 2.0.1

During the install process of KDevelop 2, creating an index with ht://Dig (in 
step 8 of 9 of the install wizard), the following error appears:

DB2 problem...: /var/lib/kdevelop/db.docdb: Keine Berechtigung
htdig: Unable to open/create document database '/var/lib/kdevelop/db.docdb'

htmerge: Unable to create temporary word file 
'/var/lib/kdevelop/db.wordlist.new'

"

The permission on my system on /var/lib/kdevelop:
drwxrwxr-x    2 root     root           35 Sep 24 20:47 kdevelop/

Changed the permission to 777.
